How To Handle Incoming Serials Magazines

*When new magazines arrive in the mail –
1) Please put them in the silver cart next to Freda’s desk.
2) Freda will check in all new magazines.


DAILY NEWSPAPER 
When newspapers arrive daily –
1) Write the date of the newspaper on top right corner.
2) Write library name next to it – “BLU”.
3) Put on bottom shelf of Magazines Shelf.


OTHER NEWSPAPERS – HOUSTON DEFENDER, AARP BULLETIN,  ETC.
When other newspapers arrive in the mail –
1) Please put them in the silver cart next to Freda’s desk.
2) Freda will check in all new newspapers of this type.
