We can resume offering interlibrary loan services to our customers again. The process is the same as before. Remind customers they will not be able to see the status of the interlibrary loan until it has already been processed at Central. This can take up to six weeks and they only get the item for three weeks with no ability to renew it. If you have any questions or would like a refresher on the ILL process, please see Drew.
