SHR will now become a mandatory element of your HEAR evaluation. Shelf reading will be measured is via two online google drive forms : Shelf Reading Log and Shelf Reading Checklist.
In the Shelf Reading Log, you will record by call number what area you have read. The checklist will be similar to the format of the yellow log form that used to hang in the hallway. This process is to keep us from duplicating a fellow employee's effort. The checklist requires your initials and the date you completed an area. The SHR forms are listed under the tab "Documents" on the Blog. 😃
