If you have someone that wants to scan a meeting room request form and send it in to us, or a individual volunteer program form, or any thing else they might want to send to the general branch email, feel free to give them my drew.alvey@houstontx.gov email instead. I check it much more regularly than I can get to the branch email and that way we never have to worry about google being down and not being able to communicate with a customer.
